Ajustes de configuración avanzados: Transmittals

Objetivo

Establecer los ajustes de configuración avanzados para la herramienta Transmittals del proyecto.

La herramienta Transmittals le permite a su equipo de proyecto mantener registros documentados de cualquier correspondencia.

Configurar los ajustes de Transmittals

  1. Vaya a la herramienta Transmittals del proyecto.
  2. Haga clic en Ajustes de configuración icons-settings-gear.png icono
  3. En "Configuración de transmittal", haga lo siguiente:

    • Transmittals Private by Default: Mark this checkbox to set all new transmittals to 'Private' by default. A 'Private' transmittal is visible only to users with 'Admin' level permission to the Transmittals tool, the creator of the transmittal, the recipients in the 'To' and 'Cc' fields, and members of the 'Default Distribution' list. 

    • Default Distribution: Add one (1) or more people to the default distribution group. To appear in this list, a person must be added to the Project Directory (see Add a User Account to the Project Directory).  The system will automatically add these group members to new transmittals. 

  4. Haga clic en Actualizar.
    Aparece un banner para confirmar que se han guardado los cambios.

Establecer permisos de usuario

  1. Vaya a la herramienta Transmittals del proyecto.
  2. Haga clic en Ajustes de configuración icons-settings-gear.png icono
  3. En el panel derecho, haga clic en Tabla de permisos.
  4. Establezca el nivel de permiso de acceso para los usuarios de la herramienta haciendo clic en el icono en la columna de permiso hasta que aparezca la marca de verificación VERDE:

    The color-coded icons in the user permissions area denotes the user's access permission level to the tool. To learn more, see What are the default permission levels in Procore?

    Icon Color Definition
    green-check.png GREEN The user has been granted this access permission level to the tool.
    red-x.png RED The user has NOT been granted this access permission to the tool.
    grey-x.png GREY The user is either a Procore Administrator or has been granted permissions to the Procore tools on this project using a permissions template (see What is a permissions template?). To change the user's permission level to this tool, see Manage Project Permissions Templates.
