- Bidders must be added to the Company level Directory in order for you to invite them to bid on a project.
- After they are invited to bid, bidders automatically gain access to the Planroom.
- Bidders do not need access to any other Procore project tools to access the bid package.
- When a bidder is awarded a contract, you can add them to the Project level Directory and assign them a 'Subcontractor' permission template.
